In fact, that is it's primary attraction: it uses smaller fonts to make more use of the available screen 'real estate'. Its an excellent UI overhaul for Fallout New Vegas and theres also a Fallout 3 version available at You should definitely give it a try. Darnified UI does a great job converting the UI to be PC friendly without altering the original style.
In any case, thank you so much for your UIs, which I have been using religiously since Oblivion. Though the FNV version is not found on the Nexus, DarNified UI NV is a very popular mod despite the fact it is not directly compatible with the positioning of vanilla UI elements. Even though I prefer the original fonts, Ive rated DarNified UI with a 10. Fallout 3's UI is pretty terrible for PC users, with its console-friendly font sizes and spacing.
I was just about to post a bug report about the mod list in v2 spilling out its box, both in the pipboy inventory and in the container menu - but in your 'before' screenshot it doesn't.Ĭontainer menu - (Note that vanilla overspills, too, and looks even worse)Īs I compare them, I also see that your screenshot has DAM and DPS separated - is that 'Old Version' v2 or v3?
